Puravankara recorded sales exceeding Rs 8 billion at the launch of its first redevelopment project in Mumbai, Purva Estrella at Lokhandwala Circle, Andheri West, with Phase 1 seeing around 85 per cent of its initial inventory absorbed, underlining the demand for design-led redevelopment homes in this micro-market.
