Provident Winworth is a residential development by Provident Housing, a 100% subsidiary of Puravankara Limited, located in Edappally, one of Kochi's fastest-growing residential and commercial hubs. The project is spread over 18 acres, with plans to develop 3 million square feet as 'Provident Winworth' at Kochi, marking Provident Housing's first premium-affordable offering in Kerala.
The development brings together residential towers with retail and commercial elements, with the CEO of Puravankara noting it will be the largest mixed-use development in Edappally with retail and commercial elements, making it inclusive and accessible. The project has a land parcel of 16 acres with a total of 515 units planned in Phase 1, and buildings are planned up to G+21 floors.
Provident Winworth offers 2.5 BHK homes designed for modern families, where the 2.5 BHK configuration includes 2 bedrooms and a study room, meeting the demands of both individuals and families seeking roomy and adaptable living arrangements. The project is RERA-registered, with project details available on the state RERA portal under registration number K-RERA/PRJ/ERN/020/2022.
The project has drawn institutional backing as well, with Provident Housing noted as one of the four projects that Provident has received an inflow of capital from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the IFC Emerging Asia Fund. It is currently under construction, scheduled for possession in June 2026.
