The project, titled "Luxon", will be executed in the prominent Doddanekundi Industrial Area in Whitefield.
The contract has been awarded by M/s Krishil WhiteAlpha Private Limited and carries a total value of ₹83.51 crore. The scope of work includes the construction of civil works for a commercial building, and it is to be executed as per the specifications laid out in the Letter of Intent. This positions Luxon as one of the notable civil construction assignments taken up by Puravankara's engineering arm in South India's commercial real estate segment.
The awarding entity is a domestic player, and the project does not involve any related party transactions. Neither Puravankara nor its promoter group has any shareholding interest in the client company. This means Puravankara Group's role on Luxon is that of a trusted execution partner, delivering the civil works to Grade-A standards.
Its engineering arm, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited, plays a crucial role in executing both internal and external projects across South India, further strengthening the group's integrated capabilities in real estate development. With decades of construction expertise behind it, Luxon is expected to add to Whitefield's growing inventory of quality commercial space.
