Overview
Purva Grand Hills is a pre-launch residential project by Puravankara Limited at Vidya Nagar Cross Road, Chikkajala, positioned on North Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport corridor. The project is also marketed under the name Purva Aerocity, and both names refer to the same address and development.
The development is planned as a single 2B+G+21 high-rise carrying 300 apartments across 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3.5 BHK configurations, spread over a 7-acre parcel with 65% of the land kept as open space. Because the entire unit count sits within one tower rather than a multi-tower township, the buildable footprint stays small, which keeps the clubhouse, pool, and sports amenities usable by a limited resident base rather than shared across thousands of households as is common along this corridor.
The project sits roughly 100 metres off NH-44 (Bellary Road) and about 9 km from the airport terminal, with a Chikkajala station on Namma Metro's Blue Line Phase 2B planned at the project entrance. This combination of highway access and an upcoming direct metro link to the airport is central to the project's positioning for airline crew, aviation and aerospace professionals, and North Bengaluru end-users.
As a pre-launch project, Purva Grand Hills has applied for Karnataka RERA registration, and the number is not yet publicly published. Buyers should verify the RERA number on the official Karnataka RERA portal before making payments beyond the standard booking amount.
