The newly acquired land parcel at Attibele Hobli is strategically located and has a saleable area of 6.4 msft, with a potential gross development value of over Rs 4,800 crore.
The move is part of a wider expansion drive. Puravankara plans to develop the site into a large integrated residential community, catering to strong end-user demand in the southern Bengaluru corridor. The total acquisitions made by the company this year now touch 12.76 million sq ft of developable area with a cumulative GDV of approximately ₹13,900 crores in the cities of Bangalore and Mumbai.
Attibele sits within Anekal Taluk, an area that is an emerging residential hub in Bengaluru, approximately 36 km from the centre of Bengaluru and around 15 km from Hosur and Electronic City. The micro-market has historically offered value for money compared to the city's saturated central belts, while steadily gaining organised, branded supply.
