Puravankara FY26 Sales Cross Rs 7,407 Crore, Beat Guidance by 23%

Puravankara Limited has closed FY26 with its strongest performance yet. The Bengaluru-headquartered developer recorded total sales of Rs 7,407 crore for the year, comfortably ahead of its own guidance. Puravankara delivered exceptional FY26 performance, surpassing its sales guidance of Rs 6,000 crore by 23% with actual sales of Rs 7,407 crore. This represents an annual sales growth of 55% from Rs 4,783 crore in FY25 to Rs 7,407 crore in FY26, reflecting the company's robust market position and operational efficiency.

The fourth quarter was the standout period within the year. The company recorded total sales of Rs 7,407 crores in FY26, up 55 per cent from the previous fiscal, while Q4FY26 alone contributed Rs 3,547 crores, compared to Rs 1,225 crores Y-o-Y, an increase of 190 per cent. Sales volume for the year stood at 7.25 msft, compared to 5.67 msft in FY25, and the company also recorded a 21% year-on-year increase in average realisation, which stood at Rs 10,213 per sq ft on saleable area.

Collections kept pace with bookings. For the quarter ended March 31, the company recorded collections of Rs 1,213 crores, up 36 per cent from Rs 892 crores for the same period last year, while for FY26, customer collections stood at Rs 4,258 crore, up by 15 per cent from Rs 3,711 crore in FY25. On the delivery side, during the quarter, Puravankara handed over 1,301 homes totalling 1.67 msft, bringing the cumulative handover for FY26 to 3,747 homes or 4.25 msft.

Profitability improved sharply alongside sales. In Q4FY26, the company reported an impressive PAT of Rs 111 crore, up 226% year-on-year, while consolidated PAT for the full year rose 131% year-on-year to Rs 58 crore. Balance sheet metrics also improved, with net debt at Rs 2,321 crore as of March 31, 2026, down by Rs 160 crore in Q4 FY26, and a net debt-to-equity ratio of 1.31.

Managing Director Ashish Puravankara attributed the growth to a strengthening project pipeline. During the year, we continued to strengthen our growth pipeline, adding 13.6 msft with an estimated GDV of Rs 15,200 crore, he said, adding that the company launched new projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, and Pune during the year. The company also strengthened its expansion in Mumbai through redevelopment projects in Malabar Hill and Chembur, marking its entry into the city's premium redevelopment market, alongside fresh land acquisitions in Hennur Road, Anekal Taluka, Balegere, and the KIADB Hardware Park in Bengaluru.

Looking ahead, the company has laid out an ambitious roadmap. Over the next 24 months, we plan to unveil 30 projects, primarily across South India and Mumbai, comprising nearly 51.14 million sq ft of developable area, with an estimated Gross Development Value of over Rs 55,000 crores. For the year ahead, sales guidance for FY 2026-27 is projected at Rs 11,200 crore across the Southern and Western regions, with roughly Rs 7,000 crore expected from the Southern market alone.

For homebuyers, the results signal a developer scaling up execution rather than just bookings. With a potential projected surplus of Rs 19,290 crore over the next 3-5 years and a 21.02 msft launch pipeline over the next 12-15 months, the company is positioning several upcoming launches, including Purva Northern Lights in North Bengaluru and Purva Silversky in Electronic City, as the next wave of inventory for buyers tracking Puravankara's pipeline.
