Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puravankara Limited, has been awarded a ₹835.20 crore contract for the construction of 'Luxon', a commercial project in Bangalore's Doddanekundi Industrial Area, Whitefield. The contract was secured through a Letter of Indent from Krishil WhiteAlpha Private Limited.
This contract represents a significant expansion of Puravankara's construction services portfolio. The scope of the project includes civil construction works for the commercial development Luxon, located in the Doddanekundi Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The project is domestic in nature, with execution timeline as per the Letter of Indent.
